this case is a disaster all but one fan and using shaded pole unit bearing motors. as many newer cases are coming with ECM fan motors on the cases which are far more efficient many new Hill Phoenix case has the EBM Pabst drop in replacement ECM fan assemblies as well as Hussmann.

Be careful this could be a half done job. Whee the Emerson control is only monitoring and unit is on a Dixell controller. Let me know what you find. The unit will be self contained and just being monitored. Have done controls for years and I have instances where unit has independent control. That Emerson. -E3 is monitoring not controlling anything. What I would do would be run wire from E3 output boards and is that using the monitoring sensor for control

Nice job buddy! Keep grinding! Couple things just to help. That oil res is too full. Should only be one ball. If it fills up too much itll block that check vavle and wont bleed off. And just keep in mind, if that sentronic sensor is dirty, that pickup screen is probably dirty too. Not that it would have mattered in this situation, but just something to keep in mind. Never seen a 4D swapped out for a 3D, but that repipe looked solid! Nice job bud!
