How did you power the light box? You said ignition fuse but was it on the inside or outside fuse box?

thank you for posting this video, it was detail oriented, descriptive and easy to follow. I saw your phone number and the Chicago sports team banners and was disappointed when I looked up on point customs and learned it wasn't located in the chicago area as i'm always looking for a good shop to help /w corvette work.

Are you able to remove the driver side and passenger side pillars out of the truck after removal or do we have to disassemble the seat belt in its entirety? Thinking of doing this but also want to paint the interior but only if I can get those pillars out the vehicle. 5:47

How can they do nationwide service if they are based in a. Certain area new to car mods 😩

We traveled to over 50 different customers out of state for mobile service . We charge a flat rate half down covers parts and booking . We complete the job in 2 days and come back home . If it’s close enough we drive if it’s far we fly . I’ve done installs as far as Chicago and Miami from Oklahoma !

Thanks for this tutorial! I actually watched this while on a business trip in Madrid. Came home on Sunday, and did the install onto our 2013 370z Nismo on Monday. It took about 2 hours because I had to also install the clips onto the new factory bumper along with the new lower fascia. I also installed new wheel fender liners. Your summary at the end was a thorough review, and while I took notes, I was able to do the install completely from memory.

what if the light box engine goes out one day would you have to to replace the entire thing?
@onpointcustomauto12895 ай бұрын
No, you would only need to replace the light box. The fiber optics connects to the light box separately so you only need to change out the light box not the fiber optics.

Where did you place the light box ?
@onpointcustomauto12896 ай бұрын
If you use a 6 foot fiber optic kit, and if it is a thin box like the one that we used in our video you can mount it in the headliner. There is enough space to mount it safely in the headliner if you use the a 10 foot kit you can run it into one of the rear pillars without issue.

Is there any concern about the forward airbags in the forward pillar?
@onpointcustomauto12897 ай бұрын
No you shouldn’t have any issues at all .. if you’d like just to be safe you can remove the terminals off the battery of your concerned . I’ve done 300-400 headliners ve never had any issues

Why you need to remove terminal from the battery? Airbags are dangerous? How can it happen that they blow out if battery isn't disconnected
