The bass just rattles everything around it, for its size it is defenently super powerfull

I picked this one up when it came out. Very nice, take it to work daily and took it camping. In normal mode it still sounds good even sitting about 20 ft away. I usually listen to it at about 30-40% and on one charge had about 18 hrs on it and it still says normal battery life 😳

JBL has Alien technology 😁 Despite having smaller drivers, it still produces way deeper and stronger bass.

can auracast produce stereo sound?

I got the Sony XV500 - and the sound quality is great. I only heard the 120 against in the store (against the xv500) and I found the XV500 more clear and natural sounding. To me the XV500 sounded the best of alle partybox speakers they had in the store (even better than Sonys bigger brother xv800) . Just a perfect mix of clearness, openness and warmth and non-harshness. The JBL is definitely significantly louder and harder hitting (if that's what you are looking for), though, especially when running on battery. The xv500 increases volume and bass significantly when plugged in. So yes, as said in the video, max volume on battery is much better with the JBL. JBL also ha swappable battery, which is nice. Sony has battery care mode at leats, which will hopefully prolong the lifespan of the battery I chose the Sony over the JBL because I already have some smaller Sony speakers to pair with. So wíthout that, I might have gone with JBL, though I would need more listening time to the JBL to see if it can match the plesant audio quality of the xv500 in the long run.

Nice video Which one do you recommend, Sonos five or JBL 500? I'm looking for fidelity and powerful bass but that doesn't saturate the other frequencies.

BOSE gives you 90 DAYS to decide if this is the right speaker for you. If that's not Confidence ,then I don't know WTH is...? You can chase what this speaker can do for you and end uo spending the same amount, if not more through the purchase of several lesser quality speakers.

Hey, I need your help. I recently purchased a JBL PartyBox Club 120 speaker, and when it's turned on and in idle mode without playing any music, I noticed a constant noise coming from the tweeter. This noise is only audible when I place my ear close to the metal grill where the tweeter is located. How does compare with jbl partybox 110 ?

I have the XV500 now. It sounds relly great, at all volumes. I'm very happy with the sound quality. Works also well pairing with ny sony xb33/43s. Yet I have the impression that the max volume decreases when playing for a few hours (when running on battery). I have read about this in reviews about previous sony speakers. So maybe I'm just paranoid now... Has anyone tested this? And if its true, is there a trick to undo that? Turning off and on again?
