I love mine, I just dig Harman Kardon's sound signature, warm but great clarity without sounding harsh unlike JBL or UE.

Thank you for doing this. I was wondering if Luna's sound projection is 360 degrees as its pill design suggests? If not, where's the output source located? I couldn't find anything in official descriptions on 360-degree audio though.

@@lordtardar4639 if you google Harman Hardin Luna Xray you can see the drivers are all forward facing, with two side pointing passive radiators. It never really sounded 360 to me

Thanks so much for the review! Between the Luna, JBL Charge 5, UE Megaboom 3 and the Bose Flex, which one would you go for? Looking for something aesthetically pleasing, that can be expanded into a mini home system. Looked at the Sonos Roam, but steering away due to their app issues and price. I can get the UE Megaboom 3 for a bit cheaper than the others, hence why it's an option. What do you think?

@@theunisraubenheimer I would probably lean towards the UE Megaboom, especially if it’s cheaper. The app is great and the sound is much flatter than the JBL Charge 5, while still having strong bass. I also prefer the form factor of that compared to the Bose Flex personally

@HammoTechReviews thanks for your response! I ended up buying the Luna mainly due to its looks and its sound quality. It's loud enough for my purposes. If I needed the extra sound + ruggedness, I probably would have went for the UE boom as per your suggestion. Thanks a lot!

Judging by the specs I highly doubt the Luna sounds as good as the Motion+. Btw, 5 years later and I’m still using my Motion+ on the regular ☺️
