Why do I get 40 psi front and 150 psi back if I do it exactly like this on fresh rebuild, but if I adjust valves with lobes up, I get 150 , 160 psi ? Make this make sense

I don't know either, the first time I turn it on and it turns off, and then it turns on, the efii blinks, but it doesn't throw any errors, the second time I turn it on, I drive without problems, it doesn't turn off as soon as I stop, it wants to turn off, some people say that the pump is weak

I could not get the cv axle to come out of the rear differential. I actually had the axle pull out of the inner cv joint, so I broke the large clamp off the cv boot and got the boot and axle out of the way, then i was able to push the pin in with a large drift and the darn thing came right out. You should have explained the system better - Push Hard to depress that pin! I've done a hundreds of automotive CV's axles, but never seen anything like this 💩! Do better Cat. :(

what if you just have to time the front cylinder ? timing chain snapped on front cylinder and i was wondering if you can go 270 degrees from back cylinder to the front one for timing too?

Hey how much oil is required.. plus no one has shown how to do oil change on the 1000 prowler its not that easy how do you get to the oil dip stick i can't even reach with my hand to check the oil lol Thanks for any help. Mark

My coolant looks low in the white plastic tank. Do I add in that tank or stand pipe and do I need to loosen those screws when adding always?

I followed your instructions to replace a CV Boot on the passenger side front of my 2012 Arctic Cat 700 Mud Pro H1. I got that done, but when I went to test it, my ATV now has a clunk in it towards the back when I shift from Reverse to H or L. There's two things I did that might or might not play a part. While I had it jacked up I shifted it out of 4X4 so I could rotate the axle hub. The second thing was I rolled the bike ahead while it was in N and on the floor jack. Any ideas appreciated. Thx.

Question. Does anyone know how to properly install and aligne the cams for a 2007 Yamaha Vector ER? And which cam is which. He speaks of single ring and a double ring, mine only have single rings.

my 06 Vinson is the same, have you found a solution.. I managed- after considerable swearing and effort to coax my belt back on but sheeeee-it there has to be a better way! cheers from Kenora Ontario

thanks a lot, I bout a 650 for a couple grand and the linkage is kinda odd but it shifts it just sometimes is a pain in the ass but does work btw is there other fluid as in trans axle yadda yadda yup its my first one and i have rebuilt car engines & transmissions so this cant be that hard i hope lol

How is the rear drain plug only 45 in lbs tq? It's a 14mm plug. The front 8mm I understand but not the rear

He put the "80W-90 HP Gear Lube" in the diff, with the hand pumping thing on the container. Then I guess he did the same for the front one as well, so I'm not really sure what the Synthetic Transaxle Fluid was all about, which he showed with the Gear Lube beside it?? This should be clarified here for sure. Edited: I watched another video and the guy was using the "Synthetic Transaxle Fluid" instead, and it was red fluid, where as this Gear Lube is golden color... So ya, now I'm confused and will have to watch other vids I guess...
