We put one on my cousins sphynx and immediately his bum dropped and that's how he walked. It looked as if his back legs shrunk. We howled laughing.

The kitty is very cute but kitty does not like the sweater it's mean to let her be uncomfortable and your voice is annoying squeak box

Cats do not like clothes or baths weather it's required or not they are still cats stop treating these detestable creatures like like purse dogs

Love this! My sphynx reacted the same way and then he started not minding it. I have a friend who's sphynx begs for sweaters! Of course an animal won't like it right away but they get used to it'!! :) sphynx power !

we bought the very same jumper for our seal point Siamese cat He reacted in the same manner as Tika, so like yourself we never put it on him again. :) X

Such a pretty little spyhynx! =) I have a male one myself. You should try the sweater again in my opinion, but for short periods at a time, 5-10mins every now and then. She'll get used to it, and eventually love the warmth. =) Perhaps try a couple different ones too. Mine is was very awkward in his old harness, but seems absolutely fine in his new one. =)

Is it mean to try and provide your kitty with warmth by putting a sweater on it? No. She has no fur for god's sake! What IS mean is seeing her freeze and not doing anything to help. You must be stupid or heartless to not think of putting a sweater on a hairless kitty, especially during the cold seasons and nights.

I put sweaters on my sphynx too..they have to get used to it..

You should try something tight first like stretchable sock (cut holes in it), they get used to that faster, then lose clothing after they're comfortable with the socks.

People on KZbin are very quick to blow the animal cruelty whistle because they have nothing better to do apparently. They've probably never had a pet that was more accustomed to hot climates, like chihuahuas. At worst putting clothes on an animal is a minor annoyance for them, at best it could save their lives in winter if they don't have enough fur.

i had a friend once who owned a golden retriever and they had to put socks on her because she slipped on the floor. It's uncomfortable for them at first and they need to get used to it, but most of the time there's a reason for petowners putting clothes on the animals

Just like my Chihuahua when I tried to get protective booties on her so she could go outside in the snow, She would sit there give me a look like, "you're kidding right?" Then she proceeded to yank the booties off every time. I ended up house-training her, so as to avoid her displeasure. But the look on her face was priceless! LOL!

thats very uncomfortable for the cat. I can't believe how humans can be such assholes! this breed doesn't need any stupid thing on her, she survives without it. it's the same as tying a bell around their neck, imagine yourself with a church bell around your neck and try to walk or run. would you like it ?
