What is it you want to achieve in your videos? One of my favorite quotes is Abraham Lincoln saying that if he had 8 hours to cut down a tree he would spend six sharpening his ax. Take a day to only write about why you want to make videos, why is it important that you put this content out. When you find the meaning and the purpose focus only on that for every video you create - make that be the goal to arrive at your purpose. Because if your goal is to arrive at your purpose we never fully achieve that but the content you'll create in seeking it will be rewarding for everyone.

Wow , you had a lot to say . I can see little advantage in having an HOA. Is seems that costs are high , and in return the homeowner is harrased for the slightest infraction. Unless you live in a development like this that proves a clubhouse, pool, and gym . I noticed there are no curtains on the windows. Making the home look cozy and homey should make it easier to sell, since it would have a happier spirit. You might even add an electric "fireplace " in the living room. Anything to set it apart from other houses. I wish you success, Xingxing ! 😊
