HOA每月二百多，算是比較高。Condo 通常是沒有甚么私人花園地方的。一切由HOA管理。六个月经历买房， 裝修房，卖房，很特別的經驗，希望到時賣房減去地產經紀的佣金和費用後， 會賺些少。 加油！

这是独栋 不是Condo 社区不错 又有Clubhouse 所以作为有小区的新房HOA两百也不算是贵的 不过是觉得税2%有点高

Wow , you had a lot to say . I can see little advantage in having an HOA. Is seems that costs are high , and in return the homeowner is harrased for the slightest infraction. Unless you live in a development like this that proves a clubhouse, pool, and gym . I noticed there are no curtains on the windows. Making the home look cozy and homey should make it easier to sell, since it would have a happier spirit. You might even add an electric "fireplace " in the living room. Anything to set it apart from other houses. I wish you success, Xingxing ! 😊

Not yet. There r some troubles now caused by the unprofessional service of the agent. So choosing a right agent is so important.
