I have sensitive skin also. So I can't handle the strong perfume smells in some products. I use the Design Essentials Honey Creme shampoo and Honey Almond conditioner. Do you use any products to moisturize throughout the week? 🤎

Curious if she tried the Brazilian blow out or any other brand of keratin treatment, or any of the countless Asian processes that give HEALTHY sleek shiny hair. Granted the process itself isn’t the best to breath in for any of the products. But why is anyone still using these type of perms?

Yea I don’t understand why anyone still does these toxic outdated unhealthy relaxer perms. After the first press out the hair just gets subsequently weaker and stiffer until it either breaks off or you cut it. None of the newer generation straightening processes have this effect in fact they help the hair grow. I’ve never had one of these. Before keratin I got something called a new era straightening process.

Hi Rae, I just learned Sally’s has stopped selling their Silk Elements relaxer. I will be switching to ORS in the green jar. I used Motions once and it DESTROYED my hair.

Looks really good on you! I am relaxed and usually give my hair a break during the summer into the fall, so like 6 mos out the year. I am wearing the same braid style but I bought human hair to feed into the braids! They told me to get human hair, because synthetic was not good! However, maybe within a couple of days I noticed a few started to get tangled which is not supposed to happen since it’s human hair. Overall, I love the style and I will be keeping mines in for at least 7 weeks before my bday vacation cruise to the Bahamas! Then I am going to get cornrows braided to the side ❤
