My student had very pretty hair and her mother fid my hair using the shampoo and conditioner from silk elements. Most of the heat protectant sprays on the market use the formula of silk elements which has been out for many years. I’m thinking about going back to that and using it with biosilk. I have extremely thick, kinky hair that’s very hard to manage. The only product I haven’t selected to be satisfied with is the heat protectant spray.

Great detailed information on this video. I don't have hair shirts either. I don't wash my hair every week but I do wash my hair by weekly.. And this works for me because I found washing my hair every week was a lot of manirelation and buy me washing my hair by weekly. I wash my hair twice a week if I’m going somewhere or want fresh hair, so maybe day 4 or 5 instead of waiting a full week. Yes I do the entire routine if I wash more than once a week
