There have been no official announcements regarding a DTF printer from Epson at this time. If one were to be released, it likely wouldn’t be available until 2026 based on Epson's recent product launch timelines.

outstanding picks....are the 3m wide HPs available for dye-sub printing?
@ITSuppliesINC4 күн бұрын
No, HP's 3-meter-wide printers are not available on a dye-sublimation platform. Large-format models like the HP Latex series are designed for applications such as signage, textiles, and graphics but are not built for direct dye-sublimation. For dye-sub printing, you would need printers specifically designed for that process, such Epson's F-Series Dye Sub Printers itsupplies.com/epson-dye-sublimation-printers-2

Wondering how you would keep that PERTTY looking print lab dust free? Serious!
@ITSuppliesINC4 күн бұрын
Keeping a print lab dust-free requires a combination of clean air and strict maintenance. Use HEPA air purifiers or HVAC filters to remove airborne particles and maintain positive air pressure to keep dust out. Regularly clean surfaces with microfiber cloths, vacuum with a HEPA-filter vacuum, and control humidity (40-60%) to reduce static buildup. Limit access, use sticky mats at entry points, and store supplies in sealed containers. Cover equipment when not in use and avoid bringing in dust-generating items like cardboard. A consistent routine can keep your lab looking pristine and running efficiently!

Great video!Thank you! Can we use the cutter for other cuttings (not printed with the latex printer)?
@ITSuppliesINC4 күн бұрын
Glad you enjoyed the video! Yes, you can use the HP Latex 630W Print and Cut's cutter for materials that were not printed on the HP Latex printer. The cutter operates independently and can work with pre-printed or blank materials, as long as the media is compatible with the cutter's specifications. You’ll just need to ensure the correct registration marks are in place for contour cutting if the material is already printed. This makes it versatile for a variety of cutting applications beyond HP Latex prints. Shop HP Latex Printers at IT Supplies itsupplies.com/latex-printers

What illustrator Color Mode (RGB or CMYK) do you recommend when creating graphics that will be sent to Onyx? We primarly do large format (wall graphics, vehicle graphics etc.). Until now we have been using the CMYK Mode to create all of our designs but lately we are hearing that it is best to create in RGB and let Onyx do the CMYK conversion. Any thoughts, advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Just set up my printer and it’s printing so slow?
@ITSuppliesINC19 күн бұрын
If your Epson SureColor F170 is printing slower than expected, here are a few things to check: 1️⃣ Print Settings: High-quality or detailed prints take longer. If you’re printing on higher resolution settings, consider adjusting them to a faster mode for less critical jobs. 2️⃣ Connection Speed: Ensure your printer is connected to a stable and fast network or via USB, as a weak connection can affect printing speed. 3️⃣ Firmware/Driver Updates: Make sure your printer’s firmware and drivers are up to date. Updates often include performance optimizations. 4️⃣ Maintenance: If the printer hasn’t been used recently, run a nozzle check and clean the printhead. Clogged nozzles can slow down print jobs. If these steps don’t resolve the issue, feel free to contact Epson Support! 1 (800) 463-7766

Hi can i print borderless in epson l130 4r only
@ITSuppliesINCАй бұрын
Hello, the Epson L130 printer supports borderless printing, but only for specific paper sizes and types. For the L130 model, borderless printing is typically limited to 4x6-inch (10x15 cm) photo paper, often referred to as "4R" size. This makes it ideal for printing small photo prints without a white margin around the edges, but it won’t support larger paper sizes for borderless printing. If you’re interested in borderless printing on a wider range of sizes, you might want to look into higher-end models in the Epson EcoTank or SureColor series, which offer more options.

*BEWARE* do not buy this printer. The ink carts are $110ea, with 10 of them, it's $1,100 every time you refill ink. As a small business, this makes printing not even worth it. We were planning on doing posterboard, coasterboard, poster paper and photo prints. Our biz model is down the drain because Epson ink takes such a large cut. Ink + materials should never be more than 10% of the sell price, right now it's at around 30%. Nope! Wish I could return this one.
@ITSuppliesINCАй бұрын
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand the challenge of managing ink costs, especially when running a small business! The Epson P5370's larger cartridges are designed to provide a lower cost per print compared to smaller, consumer-level printers, where ink can be much more expensive per milliliter. It’s similar to buying in bulk at Costco - while the upfront cost may seem high, the per-unit cost is actually more efficient. For example, the P5370 ink is currently $96 for a 200 ml cartridge, resulting in a cost per milliliter of $0.48. In comparison, the P700 ink is $37.99 for a 25 ml cartridge, which equates to $1.52 per milliliter - more than three times the price per milliliter of the P5370. We hope this is helpful!
