I love eating lamb chops. It is great alternative to beef because it's cheaper in price. I still love eating beef, but if you want something a little different, they try lamb.

For many of you who may want to enjoy the health benefit of asparagus but don't like it too much the way it normally comes, try this: after pan-searing a steak or chicken, add some butter, reduce heat to low, add some diced garlic, then pop that asparagus in there to cook in the buttery steak juices until it gets slightly crispy. It's absolutely delicious and infinitely better than steaming the asparagus or something boring like that ♥️
