Used to drink whole milk every day from as long as I can remember until about 20 years of age. Then I jumped on the band wagon of skim milk for some reason, being somewhat more health conscious and not wanting to be overweight ever in my life and then realized skim isn’t all that it was made to be. Then I stopped all milk and bought in to almond milk etc etc milks which I wish I never waisted my money on for years to be honest. Recently back on whole milk at age 37 and I couldn’t be happier that I feel better with a piece of mind I’m getting extra quality calories and calcium. But just recently seen a video milk raises estrogen levels in men. I’m gonna keep on having my two cups a day and see how I feel but I don’t want to have to skip my whole Milk ever again like I was. Any ideas about the estrogen statements being true? Also to mention I did stop and start milk products over the years as I would get back acne over night after a glass until I found the right probiotics that worked for me and this issue. Now it’s been months of drinking whole milk again, feeling great about it and don’t want to stop. So far so good 😊
