I got a late start to this dayhike and reached the national park only after 3 p.m. The theme of the day was definitely mosquitos! 🦟😅 Nonetheless, it was truly an enjoyable hike in a beautiful place! 😊💚🦋

Government must make rocky swimming pools , use symphony system to pull water. Otherwise use ship swimming pool. People are present and sea water is available. Engineer must think about artificial swimming pools with sea water, sea water must come continuously. Copy from saudi Arabia. Jay Bharat.

You have been blessed with a real talent in cinematography, i pray you stick with it. i would very much, like to see more of it. I love the outdoors so much specifically because of the Lord Jesus. 🌷🌲🕊 It’s the Lord’s glorious creation, reflecting His glory, displaying His splendour and brilliance, His wisdom, imagination, love and goodness. Even in this fallen state of the world it’s magnificent… How much more so when the Lord makes everything new and the curse is no more? It makes me tear up just thinking about it. Maranatha! It is the INEXPERIENCD TOURISTS that make this place a danger. There is a hiking trail by my house that claims the lives of TOURISTS every year. Just like this beach, they say the "trail" is extremely dangerous and there are signs posted everywhere. But in reality, the victims are always tourists who are inexperienced that have no business on this trail. Despite all the signs, people think they are invincible, bring no water, hike in basketball shoes, and are out of shape. 99% of the time, it's lame PEOPLE who make places dangerous far more than the actual places themselves.

I grew up swimming..in Canada.. joined the Power Swim teams and competitive swimming teams throughout my entire childhood. . One thing we used to do.. was dress in ordinary clothes and submerge... one week we wore winter wear.. and we went out into the bay.. Georgian Bay of the Great Lakes.. bitter cold water.. and we were tossed in. Then we were to tread water... and we were timed to see how long we could make it. And as young strong swimmers... who were completely invested and skilled and confident in water... we couldn't go over 2 minutes. None of us. The heavy wet soggy clothing will drag you down, the cold will numb your brain.. and you will enter the void. You literally cannot fkn THINK. Strong swimmers understand that you can't swim your way through extreme elements.. our human physiology doesn't support it.

What a feast for the eyes Suvi. That sunset with its purples, pinks and blues, breathtaking. Also the tree-lined road at about 5:07 in looked liked where so many of the famous painters got their inspiration. That and the delightful piece of music made this really special, thanks for sharing it!

You gotta cool down and stretch after a hoop workout, so why not have fun with it? 😁 Been working on shoulder mobility and was inspired by my new ballet leotard and legwarmers to do some ”lyrical cool down stretching”.

Hula hooping beginner progress: learning the corkscrew, catching breaks, a little bit more freedom of movement. Next update maybe in a few months!

Well I’m super excited about it! 😊 First day I couldn’t even keep the hoop spinning for more than 3-4 rounds even after watching tutorials, but after practising on maybe a dozen days over the last weeks for about 15-30 mins at a time I’ve come this far already! Starting to have a grasp on the basics. And having lots of fun with it too! 😊

Sis, I had a waking vision. I was sitting in my office chair in the middle of the day. Was in my chair then I opened a door to the clouds. I looked out at the cloud ground and the edges of the cloud ground. I walked out on it. I must have been in a glorified body because all burden was gone. I felt so lite like I could fly as peace saturated me. I was the only one there. I saw an edge to the cloud and walked over to look down. When I got to edge to look down as soon as I looked down I was back in my office chair. I've been there.
