from what I remember, you can get it from Dimzet's Snow City mod, it's probably 2 files of cleo scripts in the folder "cleo" should work by just drag&dropping them in GTA FW

ok thanks one question, in my version of gta frosted winter it has a somewhat ugly timecyc, this version that I have is always dark and raining with a lot of fog and you can't see the map and I liked how we see in your video that everything can be seen very clear without fog and daytime, lastly could I know if I can use the weather settings or mod of your version? thank you.@@MattL1010

I really want someone to make a switch mod of all 3 protagonists & all of them have their own pros & cons. Tommy got speed, Claude has that silent aura & CJ is just the most powerful.

indeed it is, it's only repainted in red, there's a SMALL chance it could've been intended for the Coastguard Maverick, or it's just a random bug they didn't bother to fix.

@@FazrioOkthara unlikely, gtavc was using gta3 assets a hell of a lot of time, like for example the gta3 talking animation was still used in a very recent/near finished build of the game

somewhat, for example the animation for bike kick was made just for an idea, then apparently it got used in SA all anims must've been made as a collection and then the devs got to choose what anims they want to get in-game
