GTA 3 & Vice City - HQ Theme Songs

Both songs were found in the Xbox version's files of the games. Wanted to upload them on KZbin for... not much of a reason.
Facts:
You can find these songs in the "neo" folder.
They loop perfectly
Likely the source/uncompressed versions of the songs, since they're in .wav format, rather than .mp3
I've checked SA's files and I haven't found anything, though we do have the credits theme song.

I like the compressed GTA 3 theme, it’s somehow more nostalgic and atmospheric that way. The vice city theme sounds good HQ though, it reminds me of an 80s tv show theme or something

Perhaps they wanted to make loading music for the Xbox versions of III and VC like they had in SA and IV on all platforms.
