Did you have your tubes tied prior to your hysterectomy? I have my tubes tied ( Filshie clips) and recently realized I have a condition called, Post tubal ligation syndrome (ptls). I had my tubes tied 10 years ago. The first symptoms I noticed were my period cramps came back and I had heavy periods. Then I developed an anxiety disorder where I’d have an anxiety attack EVERYDAY! I experienced heart palpitations, my libido died!😔absolutely no sex drive whatsoever along with muted orgasms( I definitely wasn’t like that before), hot flashes and night sweats, out of the blue depression, pelvic pain, ovarian cyst, hormonal imbalance,the list goes on. After years of being gaslit by doctors, I finally realized what’s causing my pain. It’s the tubal ligation! I’m getting my tubes untied next week to see if my symptoms will reverse. I just wanted to ask if your tubes were tied to see if that could’ve possibly been the culprit for your issues prior to hysterectomy.

Thank you for this video. I had the procedure 6 months ago. A lot of what you described throughout the video I had or am having. My night sweats lasted for about 2 months and I'm it took a toll on my daily activities. I am more tired than I was before the procedure and spend less time with my family and friends. Oddly, I no longer have the desire to drink water. I drink water but not as much as I did before. My procedure was done under emergency circumstances to save my life. So I am still processing what happened to me. I am thankful your video appeared in my recommendations. You have truly helped my mental health and encouraged me to communicate more with loved ones.
