I pray you feel better soon. Getting the flu while you're an adult is HARD. I had it a few months ago. I passed out after forcing myself to make hot tea. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to drink hot tea 😞. I made hot lemon tea with fresh lemon and honey. I pray you get plenty of rest and have a full recovery 💪🙏🙏🙌

I remember when I had the flu. I took a very warm bath everyday(my water so hot to the point it made me sweat). Each day after taking a bath the next day I would feel 80 percent better.

Awwwww - feel better Sis! I know how feeling under the weather feels. I got sick about two weeks ago and took one of those home tests and came back positive for the C-virus. I knew I was coming down with something since my throat was sore and that is usually the first indication for me - luckily that symptom didn’t last long, but whoa, baby!! I cannot stand having a sore throat and I happy that you didn’t have strep or laryngitis! I got the latter some years ago and when I tell you - the soreness of your throat is on another level - it is then worse my throat pain I ever felt and I could not talk and when I tried it hurt like heLL - I hope I never get that mess again! Happy for you Sis ❤❤🙏🏾🙏🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 and before you know it you will be feeling better and settled in your new place. I would recommend the new home registry and I will definitely support. #LOVEANDLIGHT

Tsp of honey Shell. Good for soothing the throat. Glad to see you and the family are moving. I knew things would work out. With the right tools and a helping hand you can unmount the tv yourself. But if you can, take a min to focus on your health. Plenty of water, hot green tea w/honey, hot soups with kale, green juices w/kale, apples, oranges, guava, carrot and kiwi. Feel better sis 💪😎.
