Great workout! I would sub renegade rows with a pushup where you pause at the bottom to get the full stretch. I would then do side rows on a bench and make sure the form tight.

I always find the TDEE estimate calculator wildly overestimates my calorie requirement to maintain weight. For mild weight loss it estimates 3381 calories but I maintain on 2000, mid 50’s 19.5 stone (muscular build) train twice a day, mostly martial arts but also some kettlebells.

@@andymax1 if you use the guide as how often you train, then it will often over estimate. As the movement it self can be on low side. But also it’s a guide and try and error. If you done tracking for a few weeks then you will get idea and if you need to decrease (increase ) target calories

@@baubau161 true. Not suitable to everyone. When I use to building my online business. I would work for 16 hours. I would do my day job, train my clients. And then I would film and edit video for free, for a whole year. I would Power Nap at midnight, wake up and keep editing. So I know how it can be

Same here: mocked all my life for being fat. Recently, lost tons of weight and got into fitness. Like much of the world, grew up poor. Your workouts are fabulous. The core ones in particular have helped me develop visual abs. Inspirational.
