My reflexology course in ND school was a distance course without videos. The book had really good diagrams, but I felt I needed to watch some high class videos and practice on myself before using it with clients. I watched several practitioners on the 'net, and Melanie's videos stand out to me as being the best; it has been 8 years since I took the course. Over time, I've added a little bit from other people to what she teaches, but I haven't subtracted one iota of her technique from what I do, and my clients get very good results from it.

Il le fait très bien mais pour voir la salsa portoricaine, vous devriez chercher Papito jala jala, Tito Orto et Enzo Conte. Saludos desde Puerto Rico.

Alot of people commenting need to realize that this video is from france, hence the spelling. Also, portoricaine is often a synonym for salsa en linea. Even in cuba some people refer to slot salsa as Puertoricaño.

Hi Nancy I did ur exercise regularly I lose my weight easily thank you so much
I wish all of the wannabe tango instructors, specially male instructors, go ALONE to a real milonga in Buenos Aires, and can self evaluate their own performance. Girls will do a lot better in Buenos Aires as long as they command cabeceo. That is because a lot of Argentines gamble for a free ride to Europe or North America. Tango milonguero is a different animal from what you show here.

Lovely video thanks 😊. I just wonder though whether just the act of pampering itself doesn't also contribute to healing as well. This isn't to discount the theory but as a kind of additional factor. Life is for learning and living.

This is very smooth and sophisticated very fluid and lot of Puerto Rican's dance like this. They explained it very well for someone who doesn't know how to dance salsa broke it down very well.

This is an excellent instructional introduction to Argentine Tango. Its simply explained, repeated in slow motion and show how the figures are linked together. The UK is awash with pretentious, poor, and to be honest silly instructors' of tango who take all the fun out of learning so to find this was a real bonus. My only criticism is that she didn't follow it up with an intermediate course as I would happily paid up.
