Californian Massage with Hakim Boukhezoula - to relax mind and body
Californian massage first appeared in the 1970s, and is based on relaxation, comfort and well-being.
It consists of slow, stroking movements over the entire body, the exertion of pressure and the freeing-up of tension points. It is a way of awakening your partner to the sensitivity of his or her body, and producing an unparalleled feeling of physical and psychological relaxation.
In this Level 1 programme, you will learn the basic movements and techniques, as well as sequences of movements for working on different areas of the body.
