You can put the buttercream back in the fridge for 30 minutes and then re-whip it.

What is the purpose of sour cream? Can it be omitted?
@TwistyTaster3 ай бұрын
If you don’t like sour cream you can omit it. Sour cream will add a little bit of sourness to the cheesecake.

Can i use deck oven? and what temperature do i use
@TwistyTaster3 ай бұрын
Yes, you can. You can use the same temperatures but please keep an eye as every oven is different and since I do not know exactly what type of oven you are using, I wouldn’t be able to tell.

Hw can we add this as a cake filling without being soggy or too hard after chilling the cake
@TwistyTaster3 ай бұрын
You can add feuilletine flakes to a buttercream base filling to keep the crunchiness. The flakes will not get soggy.

Anyone who tried this, how is the aftertaste? Condensed milk has that metallic aftertaste to me and I don’t usually like to use it in recipes, this however looks delicious and I would like to try it but am afraid to do so.
