Read and watched loads of info to help myself and your explanation of why and how to use the brace is hands down the best… quick and clear. Thanks for taking the time to make the video and post it

Our bodies need oestrogen throughout our lives for healthy function so you can use it at any stage. Hormotion Lotion wild yam cream provides the building blocks and your body will take what it needs to help maintain balance. I hope this helps!

Great video and I did mine sleeping on my left side. I have had problems on and off for 20 plus years. Now I wish I had you here to pop it back for me. Not like I can do it myself.

I finally got diagnosed with a dislocated short head bicep tendon (I actually diagnosed and fixed it myself and then had it confirmed by my PT once she saw the before and after) Given all my symptoms, I’ve had a dislocated short head bicep tendon since at least 7th grade! I am 24 now. Is there anything you can recommend for someone who’s had a dislocated bicep tendon for 12+ years?? 😳 I’m frustrated it took so long and SO many doctors, PT’s, chiropractors, specialists, etc. to finally diagnose it MYSELF after taking 2 anatomy courses, BUT I sure am happy to feel better and be able to turn up the AC in my car without feeling like my shoulder is dislocating. And thanks for such an informative video! ❤

Would these work for cyclists? My hands go numb and my elbows lock out. Sometimes as I'm cycling, I don't wanna quit cycling.

Came here to see what exactly my doc was using as my visit was literally 5 minutes for $60 and the feeling I got from this tool was the equivalent of a light finger flick. 2 visits now and haven’t noticed anything.

I think that Chiro clicker is a much better option than the cracking they use. I agree with not being twisted & whatever, cause I’m personally now concerned about my neck being injured even though unintentionally. I’ve just experienced my 1st dizzy experience from an adjustment due to 2 falls I’ve suffered in my apt. I really needed adjustment for my whole body! Now I’m just plain concerned about who can I see who’ll do/use the clicker instead.

Such great information! I’m new to using this mat and I love it! I’m unfortunately not on any social media outside of KZbin. I’m wondering if you can provide a video to demonstrate different ways to use the mat for digestion, immune support…You have such a great way of explaining the benefits of this therapy 😊

Hi there, your video resonated with me as I’ve had trouble with my biceps tendon after falling off a horse a couple of years ago and chipping off the end of the collar bone. I’m a keen church bell ringer in the English style which involves a lot of repetitive overhead ringing in exactly the style you advise against. In an extended piece of recent ringing the biceps tendon occasionally pinged then eventually pinged on every stroke. I’d like to get back to ringing properly but suspect I might have to find a different sport or live with it after this long. I’m 68. I’ve had a few chiro treatments and am now trying acupuncture. Any advice?

How can I test for a dislocated bicep tendon?
@meredithcarter277520 күн бұрын
Hold pressure on the spot (look up the anatomy then feel for something like a rubber band under the skin) and then move the arm. If you feel a popping under the fingers the tendon is not sitting properly in the groove

My god poor woman :) She took the adjustment well. Three weeks ago I heard a whole lot of ripping sounds in the area of my distal bicep as I was trying to hold up a heavy weight that was falling to the ground. In the days that followed I had zero strength in my right bicep and a slight bulge near the distal region of the body of the bicep. I've had a few ultrasounds and they both say that my distal tendon seems intact, as well as the long head tendon, albeit it's quite thin. However, I still can't flex my bicep properly, and when I try to use my arm to lift anything moderately heavy (think heavy shopping bags), it aches near the flex of my elbow... both in the bicep itself, and also in the bend of the elbow where I feel a fleshy lump, and onto my forearm a bit. I this really a bicep injury do you think, or maybe a ripped sheath or something else?
