Hi Lisa! I am an ACV convert and use the same brand as you. My only issue is: I can't drink it like you do...half a shot glass then fill with water because it gags me. I add it to a coffee mug of water and drink it all. I hope this is still ok.

I am a new🍑for 61 days now and started on the full line of your products on 10/01/24 along with all of the natural products you suggested, ACV, MOM, CO, Monistat7, Persa-gel, Baking soda, sugar scrub, body brushing with shower gel, shaving instead of tweezing, no foundation, no concealer, gua sha, facial massage, and I have always worn hats--so now all I need to do, is start an exercise and healthy eating routine. Those two are the ones that are the hardest for me. I just wish they were as easy as doing the Peaches Routine! I look forward to the 2x daily routine and have not missed a day, not even when we took an RV trip! I took advantage of the Black Friday sale, so I am all set for the coming year. However, I don’t like you mixing any other skin care products with Peaches so obviously you would need a moisturizer and I recommend a facial oil there’s just so much more to the routine. Hi peaches, I’m 69 and have to wear a cpap machine at night. It’s very drying all over my face. In the morning, because it is a full mask that it makes my eyes swallow. Bags under the and lids. Is there anything that I could put on my face in the morning to help my eyes? It makes me look so tired all the time. Would love any feedback you can offer. Thank you. @@jennagoin4572 You mask every night with RRM or Milk of magnesia. At night is when our body purges out impurities through many of the organs, including the largest organ of the body, the skin. these masks help to draw everything out of the pores that are really hair follicles. They are anti-inflammatory and healing and firming and revitalizing rescue mask has the added benefit of being lightning and brightening being consistent with masking at night is key to healthy skin. You can also wear your castor oil a couple times a month to bed without putting on your mask, but always wear your castor oil under your eyes and over your eyes every night.🫶🏼🌺🍑🧡Lisa

I'm in the UK. I use Fushi castor oil, but it doesn't state it's got the acid in it. It's organic and cold press and pure, so hopefully, it had the 3rd recommendation that you suggested🤞

I do gua sha daily now and love it. It’s relaxing and feels so good. I also like how my skin looks. I don’t Botox .i do what I can to be a natural ager. I do color my hair and I do use quality makeup and skin care. I use minimal makeup.
