Sorry but I disagree. Make a mock up of their standard kitchen layout using boxes. Think about where you are going to store your food dishes pots pans silverware , etc.( writing on the boxes helps ). Then , with that sorted out , pretend to use that kitchen setup just like you dis in your real one for all meals that day. Then pretend to cook your holiday meal. If you fail to do this before you get this design …Well you have been warned

How tall is the space under the smaller loft into the bathroom? My son is almost 6’6 and it looks like he’d have to dunk if he came to visit or temporarily stay (I’m looking at tinys and this is a HUGE consideration for me). Of course I’m the person who desperately wants a tiny but has the ginormous son. 😂

Love this... I'm living in a Toyota Prius and would love to have a tiny home... I don't need much just be in a nice space would be so cool.. that would be so grateful to have a little space like that. God bless me and anyone and everyone that has to live in their car.

전등은 도출형 말고 일자형 스타일을 사용한다면 안전할것입니다. 욕실창문에 방법창을 설치하면 좋을듯함. 각자의 취향이긴 하지만 저는 그린칼라도 좋아하지만 황금색도 좋아한답니다.

The best floor plan, would love to see washer and dryer under stairs. In the kitchen instead of table, i would prefer an island with the sink and a dishwasher in the island big drawers under the counters where the sink is currently. Very curious as to how much?

The loft right over the Range is a BAD IDEA! So, say the range is working, the kiddos are playing up in loft and someone falls down onto the Stove?! A Personal Injury Lawyer is gonna LOVE that!

Need a 12 inch foot well in the loft, taking space away from the closet in the master suite to create a functional workspace with table. Bed wall would be toward the higher end of the pitched roof. Workspave eould serve as a partion beyween the bed and the area by the stairs. You're welcome.
