It's interesting to read comments criticizing various elements. This is a custom designed tiny house. Custom means It's designed for the client's needs & desrire that specifically suit them. Most tiny home companies are more than happy to customize their homes. That said, this is stunning & attention to detail, craftsmanship & efficiency is seen throughout the home. Well done!

One of my favorites that I’ve seen! I really like the kitchen backsplash, the accent wall, the privacy throughout the bathroom, indoor air quality, and that there is a downstairs bedroom. If I could live in a tiny home, I absolutely would!!

In one work: Exquisite. This is a great example on how the extra 2' of width accompanied with intelligent and superb design choices makes a huge difference. Kudos to the whole team, and especially, the designer. Great job!

Gorgeous tiny for a family! I have two kids and I'm always on the look out for how people make 3 bed designs work. And including the ability to convert the main bed into an office space is genius :)

Love absolutely everything about this home. The toilet having it's own enclosed room is genius, the aesthetics of the living room and the functionally of the master bedroom, very good size dining table and not to mention although small the bedroom spaces up top. Definitely one of my favorite builders thus far.

I saw the outside view with the door to the bedroom and thought, why would you put a door there? Then saw the elevator bed and it all made sense. I love this design. I love watching tiny house tours because it gives me great ideas for my own tiny space.

Beautiful lay out , functional n very workable to live in. Love the entrance overseeing the L-shape sofa which looks spacious n liked the idea set in 😮bathroom . The elevated bed is ideal which allows room be converted into dining when entertaining at times . The corner space near door be actually used as a hang wardrobe divided by tinted glass design be nice. I’d love to imagine myself live in this model home

there are really small elevators - for food or laundry I think. the problem is to make them save you need a closed cabin. which means more weight, space and money. In the end I don't think it makes sense for one story and restricts you to on-grid sites. I think the elevator bed is more space efficient in the end - though I do wish they added a slightly bigger desk. And a bit more headspace for bigger people 😇🐣

Pretty! Love the cherry wood, and it’s a great modern yet playful aesthetic. I wish you would have shown the 2nd “kids’ room” slightly longer. I couldn’t get a sense of it, and never nailed the pause button at the right time. And judging from the “most replayed graph” I’m not the only one! 😂 Also, NGL, my hips went ouch when I saw the sharp corners on the dining table! It’s great with the aesthetic, but I could see myself putting those baby safety foam corners on it in no time! I hope no one in the family has hips at that exact height!

I love so much about this, especially the master bed elevator and the toilet area. I would've preferred the kitchen window to be taller and the open shelves to be on each side of the window instead of over the window. And I think the table area is great but would like it better if it could be pulled out and have seating on both sides if company comes. Therefore, I would eliminate the drawer in it.

Hi,🙋🏾♀️ Love this tiny house. Nice design & decor. I really like the dishwasher, oven & refrigerator. 👍🏾 You lost me with the elevating bed. Only because, if the motor or power goes out, then what ❓🤔 Thats either extra money for repair or waiting for it to be serviced. Depending on the warranty for such needs. I don't really care for the bedrooms upstairs either 😕 To small. Just need a little more head room. I know its a tiny house 🏠 🙂 Kudos on a nice design 😁

A lot of states won’t let you put a tiny home on property. Do yourself a favor and build a barndominium. It’s 1/2 the cost of a tiny home and you get double the amount of square footage. I built a 1600 sq ft barndominium for $175k including land in 2023. No stairs to contend with and I have a geothermal heating system that heats my crawl space for free. I also have R49 insulation. The biggest difference between this home or any tiny home in windy areas, forget it. It would never survive a 80 mph wind gust.
@Questor-ky2fv Жыл бұрын
Very nice, but not suitable for people with mobility issues. The inside doorways are too narrow for walkers or wheelchairs. How about a low ceiling living room with a standing loft above it, and a real elevator to get up there. That space could be a bedroom or a home office. It's not a good idea to sleep p in a room with wifi, and it's actually best to only be near it while working in the office The bedrooms over the master bedroom are too low ceilinged to be used as bedrooms, but could still serve as storage attics. Low ceiling lofts are a concussion hazard. Stairs are okay for able bodied people, but are useless for those with mobility issues. The bar height kitchen table and counter should have an option to be at normal table height for those with mobility issues or who are on the short side.. there should be grab bars in the shower and handicapped accessible shower fixtures. There should also be a portable ramp outside. We hile I'm at it I might as well wish for the money and land to put it on. SIGH🙄
