Great explanation on the actual feeling of the foot softening a little as you move to trail braking.

Not so expert as you but isin't that too much overweight for the kart? And doesn't it ruin the aerodinamik?

I getting semi-pro lap times at my local indoor rental karting track with only 6 hours of actual karting time. Is this good? I'm lead to believe i have a natural talent for it.

Amazingly explained, but actually the trail braking technique can vary a little depending on the brakes system you have, I have two chasis and one of them has the ordinary braking system like the one you showed in the video, we can call it a linear braking system, in the other hand my other chasis has gradual brakes, you can go 10% o 50% or full pressure, I think it’s kind of old but I really like it.

Question I’ve ment to ask for a long time and you prolly get a lot but why still mychron 4s? There must be some benefit over the 5 If top drivers in the country are still using the 4.

funny story: me and my friend were playing a kart simulator (kart racing pro) and someone joined our server pretending to be you, ryan norberg, and my friend wanted to be funny and said "hi ryan" with some typos, he ended up saying "hi ryna nobeg" and thats been the joke for a year or more now. every time i watch your videos i think ryna nobeg!

I can tell you what it is like being an ignorant A&D enthusiast...LOL Which makes me ask. I'm heavy. 20lbs over most others. does the weight effect my acceleration out of a corner more than turn speed? trying to apply some physics I'm hoping if I get better in the middle of the corner I can only be slower coming out the corner. Cheers!

this is just a quick question, but why do you keep exceeding the track limits? I'm not judging you at all. you are an awesome driver. I'm just wondering because at my track they delete lap times for doing that
@asherfarris5257Ай бұрын
7:43 looks like you are 1 or 2 teeth lower than the #303, he's pulling out of the corner but by turn 1 you were right back to his bumper! great driving, have a good offseason. also the #315 used to be my teammate. brandon carr, hes really aggressive

The questions remain: What are the physical effects of leaning in different relative directions? Can these effects be positive and offer to the more comprehensively skilled driver greater speed, manoeuvrability and adaptability to critical changing conditions? Is maintaining body rigidity by bracing against the seat and frame limiting potentially useful compliancy and grip in the chassis that would otherwise have an element of flex?
