Unfortunately they discontinued the app so it's just a display model now. Wasn't a fan of not having a remote in the first place. It still makes the engine noise but that's it.

So after seeing hundreds of ads for urtopia on the internet, reading reviews I'm doing my research I was excited to finally purchase the carbon one pro. Less than 24 hours while working on the border I tore my ACL. Within 24 hours of purchase I contacted the company and asked to cancel this purchase do to me being on disability for the next 4 to 6 months. I explained set at 45% disability pay the responsible thing to do would be to cancel the order and when I was healed repurchase the bike. Numerous emails back and forth I was told I would be charged a $300 cancellation fee based on the fact that I financed do the company they recommended. I contacted the financial company they said there was no cancellation on their end it was Urtopia's policy. It seems that Urtopia puts the $ before good customer relationships. When I'm healed I will not be purchasing from Urtopia
