I would advise to solely stick to the pumice bar to remove the dead skin as using the file (I call it the cheese foot grater) would only make the dead skin come out more and stay rough and grow in as it was essentially “shaved”.

How did this hair do with water, do you think it will last at least a month with me swimming, getting my Hair wet i dont want locs just a temporary style

hi. Just wanted to say anything wet with that tool does a good job removing dead skin. U use home-made sanitizer or even Vaseline lol Foot cremes work too.

I added to my pedicure warm water a bit of Castile soap, equal amounts of vinegar & hydrogen peroxide..Before doing this formula I use to just add to d water soap&vinegar before doing this I wld dry scrub my feet with d foot scraper..& file or Dremel the tops my toe nails to open the pores up..that was all I need to get baby soft feet..then I started to add d hydrogen peroxide, it whiten my toenails, adding vinegar along with everything else it’s d very best formula on resolving dried crack feet n fungus under n around d toe nails..scrubbing w/d pumice stone in between d soaking n using a orange stick to clean under d toe nails is good too😊

You want white tooth. Simple half water hadrogen peroxide. That’s it! At first I was using just hydrogen peroxide. However it’s dangerous because it can be damaging to your gums and enamel. So please use half water. You can do it every day after you brush your teeth. Gargle for as long as you can tolerate and then spit out. Do nothing else for white teeth. That’s it!
