I love, love, LOVE that you have being thankful for what you have! We are often so obsessed with what we WISH we had and not appreciating what we ALREADY have. We also often don't realize what we already have can help us get some of what we want in life in we just utilized them. It just might be the GREATEST tip on the list!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

I LOVE the tips you gave! I agree with each and every one!! One thing I would add to the list is getting a hobby. I taught myself how to crochet almost two years ago, and I have to say it really helps me to relax and destress.

I agree with you about eating breakfast! I don't understand how people can go without eating one and make it through the day!
