That is a matter of opinion. The architecture may not appear to everybody however they are still considered great values. Traditional and style, but not for everybody. That’s why great agents like me can help people identify the right area for their taste.

Thanks flashbang for your comments. I’m still scratching my head a little bit to see what you disagree with with regards to the traffic. I drive in the city every day and compared to every other community around us. There is significantly less traffic in Laguna Niguel than any other city I know. I never have a challenge in commuting from one place to another. Yes the five freeway is the closest freeway and a times especially rush-hour it does get busy like any other major highway in southern California however, living in Laguna Niguel is still a dream

Due to the fact that it shares beach and Coastal access with the Montage resort, the Coastal commission would not allow it to be a gated community. Having said that the security is at a very high level. There is a guard at the top of the driveway that examines every car that goes into the community and will literally follow you if they do not know who you are.

Reply is correct. Coastal Commission dictated the terms. It will never change.

I'm local to the area and I can personally say from experience, security is high and they're very serious about their jobs. They come out of nowhere in full force looking like swat officers.
