Kite bird is not around kite hill nor is there insects for them to feed on. It was a name chosen by S&S construction in the early 70s. It is not warmer but rather breezy and that’s why there is glider park next to the housing development. Please get facts straight. Great location for the view of Laguna Niguel park and the community center.
