Great vlog Emily. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 6 months and have noticed a big improvement in my health. I listen to Dr Mindy Peltz on you tube.

I appreciate your research and sharing what you’re learning! I looked into the book you recommended, I also think the intermittent fasting is a great and easy way to help lose weight , also tracking too- I’m taking notes and gonna do the same thing lol when I was pregnant with my children I had to monitor my glucose and when I ate noddles my sugar went so high!!! I stopped eating noddles after that 😂 one of your videos you were working out w one of your sons, I thought that was a great tip for a busy mom, I started riding bikes w my kids - great sharing! you’re helping so many of us moms get healthy

Have watched since you were pregnant with Jackson. I was pregnant with my oldest son. I now have 2 boys. I always love your encouragement and especially how you talk about your boys and the intention you put into your relationship with them. Going to try the 20 min thing!

Hi Emily, well done for strength training & looking after your health. As a 44 Yr old mum of 2 boys who strength trains too, my physio told me to take joint supplements with anti inflammatory ingredients like glucosamine. There are many brands. I also take marine collagen from H & B. My hairdresser & beautician noticed my hair & skin texture improved too. Plus collagen is very good for the gut & joints etc.. I take all the supplements like you plus a good probiotic. I also take creatine & bcaas to preserve my muscle as I get older & for recovery & strength. I love them all. Well done for your new health tips & new training. Keep it up.

Hi Emily, if you're trying to cut out sugar watch out for white rice...150g is equivalent to a whopping 10tsp of sugar! Just came to mind when seeing your chicken recipe. Vit D is found to be low in many people but one needs to be careful of the dose they take. Too much can lead to toxic levels as well, best to always check the dose that's best for one's needs before dosing. Just saying generally of course, I'm sure you've checked with your doctor :)

Emily your vitamin d maybe too strong. Higher doses are normally only recommended by drs. 400 units or 10mcg is the recommended daily amount. It can be dangerous to take anything higher then needed unless the dr has told you to do so x

My dear Emily i follow you since you were pregnant with Jackson, and i love all and everything you do with your family, but lately your videos become all more about sponsoring products, and that is very sad.

How do you suggest Emily makes an income? Majority of KZbinrs take sponsorships to make their channel profitable and as channels grow more opportunities arise. Nobody works for free.

@@user-qs4tm1gh4q I'm glad that you feel this way, but i miss the old KZbinrs when they did it just for fun. They show us things or products that they use in there everyday routine, because there was no sponsorship Now who ever gives them products for free and pay them, they tried to sell us the products even without the try it or use it. It become just a job no fun at all. Wich you a lovely day from Greece 😍

Just be careful with vitamins - the multi vitamins could have b12 and vitamin D in already - and you’re taking more- you can overdose on certain vitamins (I think D is one of them) so make sure you check it’s a safe daily amount ❤
