Im aware this is an old video but ANY HELP would be amazing. So im using a quest one, the right controller works but the left one will not move, it shows the controller turning around when i move it and button presses (not always but sometimes) and it will not move up or down it just stays still. Any help please

Sounds like it has troubles connecting? I am not a tech expert but I'll do my best. Try to clean the ring as that is the part that sends ir signals to the headset. Reflective surfaces could also interfere but it should not matter much. Clean the sensors on the headset as well. Check for good lighting. If it is not one of these it might be hardware.

some hand sanitizer leave residue wich could harm the controller. Imo don't risk damaging your controller.

You could take the controller apart and properly clean it.

4 months old but if taking apart and cleaning doesnt work, you likely need to replace the actual joystick

Iso alcohol temporarily fixes drift in any controller like ps, switch, xbox and vr controllers so it is a really great tool to have in your arsenal and therefor i recommend getting some

So when I hopped on my vr headset this dude wearing this Dragon skin kept on killing me. So me and these people teamed up and killed him, we took a few shots while shooting him. He kept respawning and we killed him, we died most of the time but we killed him. He was even killed while he was a titan. I would say it was pretty funny.

Guys, I tried this and many other things and nothing seemed to work. But what finally allowed me to use my Quest 2 was the simplest thing: -Try changing the usb port. In my case all the usb ports are blue (so I thought all were 3.2 usb). But I found one with like battery icon and that port finally allowed me to use the lenses without problem. nah a factory reset is just a reset of your headset, not your account
