nah a factory reset is just a reset of your headset, not your account

The graphics card in you laptop might not be suitable for vr, I would recommend checking compatibility!

bought the Quest 2 3 days ago and I've got loads of issues, dash crash on the first day, solved by selecting 'public test'. Then I can hardly run any games on steam cuz most of them starting like a Powerpoint slides, my pc got less than 5 fps, is so RNG, only Halflife Alyx works perfectly. VD is fine but the low res and limited bitrate is driving me crazy. Ppl say the current version 41 is super buggy and hopefully thats the reason, or maybe its my cable, already bought another cable for testing, my current one does hv 2.6-2.9G when testing, not sure changing cable will do the trick. So I am doing the factory reset on the Headset itself and also reinstall the Oculus on my PC, hopefully that will solve them out. PS: I got this white stripe under my screen sometimes only using Link, Airlink does not hv such issue. I'm so regret to get this VR instead of Valve Index, sad story

Guys, I tried this and many other things and nothing seemed to work. But what finally allowed me to use my Quest 2 was the simplest thing: -Try changing the usb port. In my case all the usb ports are blue (so I thought all were 3.2 usb). But I found one with like battery icon and that port finally allowed me to use the lenses without problem.
