2009 my first meet my account until now. Almost 15 years old my account.

Since the boomers took over in Facebook its a hateful, fake news and conspiracy mess .

2018 is when Facebook became trash. I see more "Suggested for you" than actual friends and pages I follow. I believe I have blocked over 1000 pages until I discovered Facebook blocker and not see those pages. It was supposed to be a page to connect with friends not to get ads of what you seemed to like.

Remember when we could see what people commented, who are they friends with and what they liked.

Is this because of the movies we watched in our childhood whichbportrayed this life which we were not part of

My Facebook peak ran from 2012-2015. Every evening we exchanged ideas, commented and chatted with everyone from school. We also had a class group where homework, blackboard pictures were uploaded and teachers were gossiped about. And I remember how everyone uploaded a new profile picture every two weeks and focused on their likes.

I met facebook when there was no timeline but wall posts. I miss those FB groups where we enjoy a lot with members and post random stuff regularly and get good response from other members. I still remeber that sweet pop up ring when a friend send you a msg on FB (no concept of messenger on that time) Right now FB is just about cheap mems & ads 😑😐😑😐😑

Back when facebook used to be a social media platform for everyone to use that would be old people and young people but since 2023 facebook is basically dead now. Since not many young people even use facebook now since it is only old people that will use it since facebook basically became that social media platform for old people Like old males and old females that will post such cringey memes that are not even funny at all! which I even know some people from schools I have gone to before. Don't even use facebook anymore since I can just see how they decide to use to other social media platforms instead of facebook since those other social media platforms Basically overshadowed facebook that took so many young people and even I have quit facebook many years ago but damn it sure is surprising to see how facebook now. On this decline lol and even see it chancing from being a social media platform for anyone to use to now only old people using facebook now from someone like me that Would remember using it before but ended up quitting it to use other social media platforms like twitter that is now call as x but people like me will still call it as twitter.
