You are doing a good job , however as a content creator you have to put some more study and thought into the business of documentary and story telling . Your intros. for example need much to be desired . think about it , you would recognize constructive criticism . Don't stop , wishing the best of luck.

Thank you. I watch your video to learn how to do business. In this one, I learned how to generate multiple income streams (training, hotel supplies, retail, daily delivery, events). In the leather bag guy, I learned about different marketing avenues like university trade fairs and trade fairs.

But can't the Local/State Government Set-Up or Encorage (Private) in the building of a Candle Factory, Crucial for this important Industry which could really help in Generating more Revenue for the State instead of alway waiting for Allocations from the Fed. Government. Really Sad.

Look at how Nigeria continues to regress. With Fulani in power, Nigeria can never progress. The south needs to break away. If Biafra, and Yoruba Nation become independent, they can plan their own economies to benefit their people.

Of course synthetic material cannot be competitive in prices with natural cotton fabrics. The government needs to protect the locally produced genuine textile products by imposing heavy tarrifs on those fake imports.

Nigeria has been addicted to foreign imports. The discovery of oil and the wealth it produced exposed us to a life of ease ; instead of using that wealth to develop infrastructure and our own industries we squandered it on imports like a drunkard.

This production process and manufacturing process are all intellectual properties that must be protected. Foreigners will come and steal this production know-how and monetize it.
@ifeifesi5 ай бұрын
It is already too late for that. These 'secrets' have already been studied, you will even find videos and books on African textiles

We should also seriously consider mechanising the production process

The local and federal governments MUST realize how important this industry is and invest in the value chain. The government should invest in candle, ink, dye, cotton manufacturing to make sure the value chain is domesticated.

Don't blame the Chinese, it's Nigerian businessmen that go to China and request to replicate those designs. Most of the importers are Nigerians. You like blaming others for the greed of Africans..

Maybe this business could be modernized introducing robots. Though it would have a negative effect because there could be loss of certian jobs but it would attract another generation to it. Innovation and new business models ( including web technology/apps) would be used to scale up the selling process. But will the locals embrace the change???

Chinese are copycats. Is not a criticism simply a fact. Thats how they got rich, copying the west and selling to the poor masses around the world, cheap knock offs of original labels e.g. rolex. It is simply their business model.
