How to make Plo Koon's Saber with the build your own kit. Thought I'd share this because there are no pieces specific to Plo Koons lightsaber. 1. Blue Blade. (or Yellow blade if you have it and want to make his yellow saber) 2. Emitter, now this one is a bit tricky but I like to use Young Obi-Wan's because it is close in shape. 3. 3 ring long piece, Can either be Luke's (ROTJ) or Darth Maul's piece with the ribbed part, Some images look like it could be either one. 4. Another 3 ring long piece, this will be the buttoncover. Use the Darth Maul piece with the stripe and red button (make sure the red button is facing away from the blade) 5. Endcap. This one is quite strange, If you have the older pieces you can do this. Use the original shorter double adapter, and put Darth Maul's emitter on the end with no blade.

I have this same lightsaber toy. I have had it since I was like 4 or 5. I took mine apart to replace the speaker and the circuit board has a date of 2004 printed on it. So the lightsaber shell/mold or probably based on an older variant that Hasbro reused.

Great review! I'll definitely pick up a V8 Alpha once they come out with more modular pieces. Question... Do they have pre-set colors? My V7 does but I can't get it to work. Waiting for the colors to cycle, only to miss pressing the button by a split second is annoying.

Micro Machines should do a makeover of this set and modernize it. Adding covers, for one thing. It is a great set!

It is a Droid Depot droid (I synced it to the Droid Depot app on my Chromebook). I plan to get the Galactic Starcruiser SK-620 droid off of Ebay so it will have something to interact with

Congratulations on receiving your chosen X-Lotus saber (the design is NOT a Saberforms design, it's actually called X-Lotus), but it seems you're pleased with it... It sounds like a TXQ basic pixel soundboard. At some point you should find a Xeno3 board saber, with phone app control... It's a lot of fun, infinite color change, programmable button function, font numbers only limited by SD card space...MUCH easier to program than a proffie, and not as expensive...

I saw they have a gafi stick pummel on etsy for the lightsabers. I'm debating on it. Those animal ones are neat in theory, but they're too big.
