The quality of the plastic is hit or miss. Push the fins on the GINIVEX Starfighter a little too far forward & they'll snap right off.

yeah if you saw how many of these vehicles are just sitting on clearance at Walmart you would be like is this line even good??? I do not get it i mean a ton of stuff 17 bucks like slave 1....i think it is because chase vehicles everyone looks for and ignores the regular issues

And that right there is the problem. 20-30 years ago when there were chase versions of items it was harder to sell 2nd hand. Now with technology (eBay etc) the market is flooded with them for absurd prices online. No one wants the regular version which throws off sales numbers and consumer perspective of the line. They need to make all items readily available and if they continue with variants those need to only be retailer exclusive, not item exclusive.

We've needed a decent V-19 of this scale for a long time. I'm still waiting for a BTL-B Y-Wing of this size that doesn't transform. The V-Wing is also excellent, can finally recreate some decent Clone Wars space battles.

HELL YEAH BABY!!! They covered all the ships on my want list except for the TIE Defender. My favorite ship of all time from any sci-fi franchise is the TIE Bomber. I'll automatically buy all the different TIE variants. The main ships on my want list are: TIE Bomber TIE Interceptor TIE Defender B-Wing A-Wing Y-Wing Now I can finally get into this line. But I'm still only getting the ones I really like. Definitely not interested in collecting them all.

It’s been an incredible 4 days of reveals! Series 4 and 5 are looking incredible, with the Imperial Shuttle, AT-AT, TIE Interceptor, U-Wing, V-19 Torrent and TIE Silencer being my favourites. I’m amazed it’s totalled to 108 already. I’m annoyed that Series 2 is barely in my area and it was followed up so quickly with Series 3 but these reveals have been fantastic and I was blown away when I saw the AT-AT open up to reveal the crane, Speeder Bike and the light up feature. It’s electronic as well!

@@TheNightBadger Series 2 barely came out here and there’s no sign of Series 3 or 4 at all. Jazwares has mentioned a few times that they’re working to improve UK distribution so this could mean Series 3 is coming soon. The recently revealed at Star Wars Celebration Destroy the Death Star battle pack is going to ge a Smyths catalogue exclusive but that’s the extent of the new UK releases so far.

We were complaining about the A-wing because it's the RZ-2 (Resistance) model that's been painted to look like the RZ-1's from Return of the Jedi (translation: sorry, we're not spending money to make separate molds for your favorite ship). Feels kinda bad. I'm stoked for everything else, though. Put me down for three AT-AT's.

@@Dan-O I'm cool with repaints. There's a ton of repaint potential for both A-wing versions. It just rubs me the wrong way that they'd try to pass off an RZ-2 as an RZ-1. Could you imagine if they tried that with X-wings and made Poe's T-65 or Luke's T-70?

Back in the day, Kenner made the figures 3.75 inches because they wanted them to be perfectly sized to be able to sell vehicles and still be affordable. I feel like this is the same thing but adjusted to today's prices

Love this line. The only things missing from the line are playsets. The scale of the line really opens up opportunity for some great playset ideas - Echo Base, Endor, Death Star, Jabba’s Palace and Rancor pit. Hopefully the fact the future lines are coming means these toys are selling really well and that playsets might be coming in the future.

I only have 2 ships, launch edition red 5 and millenium falcon. I found them at Wallgreens 😜 I typically hunt for Hotwheels here in these places because hunting at Walmart and Target, you may as well declare war with the world to find cars at.

Thanks for the reveal video. I used to collect a lot of Star Wars, but life happens and I had to cut way back. I have gotten a few Black Series, but tried not to go overboard on that. I was really happy when they launched the Micro Galaxy line. So far I have gotten 9 ships, the closest Walmart is an hour away so I don’t get to look for them very often. Definitely looking forward to the At-At and the other original trilogy ships.

I absolutely adore this line so far in Ireland and UK we have only got the blind boxes , the razorcrest falcon and the slave 1 , Luke and Vader's ships , nothing else I'm hoping someone could get an answer on availability for Europe soon

The Entertainer had the Blind Boxes, Republic LAAT, Luke Skywalker’s Snowspeeder and AAT Battle Tank listed until they got pulled. I found the Blind Boxes page and it now stated they were Discontinued.

I picked up a couple of the blind boxes at Tesco the other day. Haven't seen any X-Wings even for ordering online in the UK. Normal and Vader TIEs seem pretty common. Managed to get Ventress' fighter at The Entertainer but also saw one at Tesco. Smyths had the Falcon and Boba's Firespray.

They are fun to collect I’ve just recently picked up the AT-AT and the first order tie fighter but they have trouble with the blind box mini vehicles are a problemI’ve been to three different stores who carry them and at every store all the have been opened and all had the same ones (troop builders no doubt) have done this but I think it’s just better to start selling them in a box set instead of individually

Just starting with this line. Been a starwars fan since the 80s but toys were always expensive for my. I just cant see my self collecting the 1:18 scale since starwars isn't complete without the ships and ships are really huge and takes up space. This is just the right scale for me and the ones I can afford. Seems like it's only Series (wave)1 only in my country (Philippines). Some wishes i have: 1. Bigger Gauntlet; 2. transparent poseable stands for ships; 3. Rebels Ghost ship; 4. More badbatch characters =)

I am so excited for the upcoming ships, especially the Y-wing. I love the hollow engine nacelles, definitely an improvement over the action fleet version. Great reveals! Shame the A-wing is actually a redeco of the Resistance A-wing.

I noticed the same thing about the A-Wing and it’s pretty disappointing. Maybe it’s a mistake they can correct later on. For now, though, I’ll just be excited about the AT-AT, TIE Bomber, Imperial Shuttle, TIE Interceptor, etc. and try not to dwell on the A-Wing misstep too much.

My biggest issue with this line is just the size. They want to keep some form of scale which means…. No capital ships… No corvettes…. No light cruisers. That makes me sad.

@@Dan-O That’s the hard part. I get that people want accurate scale, so do I. But I would say they should continue the line as is with this size and ship classes, and then try out something like Macro Galaxy Squadron for larger classes of ships. They can be around the same size as what they make now, but in their own scale/non-scale. Sort of like you would see in the Bandai model kits with 1/144 scale and 1/72 scale. They borrowed heavily from the idea of the old Action Fleet line so maybe those ships could open to more of a play set or scene from a show or movie. Like a 9 inch Death Star on a stand. Looks cool, lights and sounds, but then it splits in half and you’ve got rooms and scenes like the trash compactor and the Emperors throne room.

The thing about this line that is driving me insane and keeping me from buying it is the lack of weapons on the figures. No one is holding a blaster or lightsaber which I loved in the older action fleet line. If they would release some figure packs or something with han solo holding his blaster. Vader wielding his Saber. I'd buy everything.

Thanks Dan-O, love your show. The music brings the excitement and nostalgia of visiting Disneyland years ago. I really love MGS and most of their releases, but their distribution is abominable. It's really tedious to watch reviews for things that may as well be one-off sculpts. And geez limit the store exclusives and already, it doesn't help anyone except scalpers. Where is the N-1 starfighter? Why are they reinventing so much that action fleet did, sometimes to better scale? Still missing Echo and Gonk and Crosshair for the *series 2* (?!?) havoc marauder that is only now becoming obtainable.

I own pretty much own all the action fleet vehicles including the e-wing , tie defender and alien series ... I do like this line in some ways more then action fleet ... Don't get me wrong I loved the action fleet series as I saved my allowance for weeks to pick up a new vehicle.. but I do like the varying scale of vehicles ... One thing about action fleet they were all the same size .. so a blockade runner was the same size as an A-wing. Though would love a Blockade Runner in the micro galaxy scale ... Come jazwares make it happen.
