We viewed the inside of ours week and a half ago, whilst in Jamaica ( 3 bed bungalow). it looks good- very nice finish. BUT still some work to do. Kitchen has no drawer's and I dont think any will be put in. Also showers have no screen-these are NOT for shower curtain as there is no shower tray and this was not advertised as a wet room. So I'm assuming the screens will be fitted last. Apparently most people that viewed theirs asked the same question about the screens (check Paulette Video of show home, youll notice theres no shower screen). We have already emailed the developers and awaiting to hear back. We have now been told we will be receiving keys early 2025. The community is lovely and quiet. When you come off the main road, heading towards Vistas there is some building work and I have heard its going to be a petrol station.

@hxrrxr5648 I'm annoyed with developer lack of communication. Very slack indeed. Update: Still not heard from developer, but heard via another video that those without shower screens are uncompleted and that shower screens will be fitted HOPEFULLY.

I hope we have draws for utensils which is basic. Also 2:11 hope they fixed the sewer issues. And yes! Lots of houses missing windows as it looks like they are trying to skimp to save on costs. But all the houses should be the SAME!

Thank you so much for this. Hope all is good with you. Longer vid next time pretty please. Have been informed that Handover for some is end of October (LONG OVERDUE). The development is looking good, but its 2024, the electric poles and outdated overhanging wires spoils it. I hope these will be neatened up. Solar street lights would've been superb. But im gonna humble because it's still looking good.

Hi. Thanks so very much for this update. Happy for the progress of the development, it looks great and for showing the amenities area. It seems the multiple purpose courts and kids play area maybe shared with Phase 1 but no issues there. No interior views this time but wondering if the drawer issue with the cupboards was resolved. @carollyons8031 thank you for watching. Interior remains the same. No utensil drawers were in place. I am not sure it will be amended for Handover but it can be an easy fix. I will try to highlight a few corrective measures in a future video.

Are any other buyers concerned that there is not a club-house for the new phase. The clubhouse for the first phase is very underwhelming, it looks very dated and rundown. We were led to believe that this phase would be suited with its own club-house. Is this no longer the case?
