I viewed the 2bed townhouse in the vista going up the stairs you could bump your head. Please check stair way hight incorrect if you are over 5ft 8inch mind your head going up the stairs !!

Bravo! I am impressed with the layout of the townhouse! Hope they arrange the kitchen cupboards properly. These will go quickly by the looks of things. Also in the drone view of this video the layout of the entire community is impressive! ZDA’s architects did an amazing job at the layout of this community! It would be very disappointing if no landscape or greenery is provided with the property! It needs to have a uniformed look to maintain the upscale feel, otherwise the $40m+ price is not warranted!

Did she bump her head walking upstairs ? StIrwell height looks way below the standard door way hieght 6ft 8 inches. When is the handover. Is their any legal actions buyers can take against developers for the delay with handover.
