this is so similar in many ways to my years in the bujinkan. hidden kicks. kicking waist down only. usig body movement more than just power for striking. dakentaijutsu. also the grabbing skin. we do that alot. attacking muscles and tissues. head strikes. striking the back. the way the kicks break balance. very very similar concepts to what i have learned in samurai bujutsu.

IT'S NOT NOTHING TO DO WITH RUSSIAN MARTIAL ARTS. THE TEACHERS ARE 100% FRAUDSTERS. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN THOUGHT THIS WAY. STOP USING RUSSIAN STYLE AS AN EXCUSE FOR THIS NONSENSE YOU TEAACH. EXCUSE ME, THE TEACHERS ARE BULLSHITTERS,

Wow, its to imagine that punching someone in the abs might hurt if they're just standing there. This art, if it can even be called that, is mocked in the real marital arts community.

Clearly nobody in the comment section has everything done or know real fighting! This crap only works against punching bags and not opponents who move and strike back. What a total nonsense!
