I'm a little late to this but the video turned out beautifully! So much of the early history is lost or unclear that I know this was a significant undertaking to put together. You did a great job making a complete timeline from the few pieces of media that remain. Honored to be included among these legendary gamers. Every day I try to be a little more like Erims

Man, this took me back. Loved this video, very well produced. You can tell a lot of research and love went into this project. I loved watching these guys progress in these runs! Looking forward to more history of the other Uncharted games, possibly 👀

I am surprised I have never heard of Uncharted speedrunning. I have played through the second and third games like a 100 times. I used to come home from school and play almost to the end in one sitting. Its one of the most replayable games since the combat is just really enjoyable and very go go go. I can definitely see why people would speedrun it definitely is one that would be engaging time after time.

Incredible video! Amazing work, you're an absolute champion for making this. I tried pretty hard to be a record contender when the ps4 version came out but people were just too good! Had to settle for 3rd. Can't wait to see the UC2 video!

Summoning Salt knows that to get the viewer invested, the basics of the game mechanics and rules have to be presented slowly at the start for them to be able to appreciate the skills of these speedrunners. I've completed Uncharted many a time, but I fell off at around the 20 minute mark here. And those "comedy bits"...wooof.

The car race thing where you bump into the race car constantly to stay ahead, was something even I had known about since I was a kid. And I was no bloody speedrunner. Didn't know the Andy's house Car exploit tho.
