I appreciate the demonstration, but it doesn’t show how you roll up the sash from the start where the end is in the middle of the roll.

Sir, this vid is 10:29 long. You might let all the beginners out there know that it takes about two hours to cook pinto beans. Your vid is a bit misleading.

In the North-South Skirmish Association we refer to this concoction as "Fifty, Fifty, Fifty. (I know this is a mathematical impossibility). Some of us use this between relays.

Ha,ha, LOL he is so freaking Cool ! ha,ha, great personality its hard to for some to keep that in a successful business theses days it seems. many let the business change them after many years it doesn't seem to have that effect on blockade runner. Great merchant.

this is one great guy, always called him he had great attitude towards customers & reenactors. not like a few other snobbish ones ive met on sutler rows. I can go to a reenactment and talk to another reenactor and B.R. name will come up and its mentioned about great customer care. He honors things if there's something wrong and if its not what you wanted or if somethings wrong and not been used send it back and he honors his merchandise. Top notch merchant.👍💂 Thank you sir I will be making another order with you soon.

Can this solution be heated? I've heard that very hot/boiling with soap is the way to go.

I have been homeless quite a while. My neighbor said the stuff did NOT bother him anymore and I got used to poison oak and ivy through persistent contact. You can lose that resistance. DON'T SCRATCH TAKE SOME BENADRYL generic and the offending oil will dissipate

I really enjoy these videos. Can you do a video on a typical setup for a long term camp, as opposed to an overnight bivouac in the field? I’m just wondering what all the typical reenactors takes to set up camp besides their tent.

Just got my 1861 Springfield and while I knew most of this it's always nice to come back and see what others say and do. Do like the swab for oiling though and will switch to that from using a patch.

Why loosen ropes when the sun goes down?
@linarn46718 ай бұрын
when the moisture gets to the canvas from evening or morning dew or rain the canvas will stretch and get heavier, later the sun may come up & then tightened up and possibly tear the canvas from stressed out & pulling shrinking canvas from the heat& dry air. If I'm not exactly right Jerry can correct my interpterion, He is a super pro/expert in my book, honestly a great and wise experienced Reenactor and Sutler.
