I hope one year soon that someone will wake up and learn how to cook properly. High heating of oils bad. Soups stew and veg medleys with low heat cooking. Using actual spices, herbs, veg in combo to produce foods that will not kill us in slow increments. High heat BAD! Create a coolie or fruit puree and bread cakes an pies with whole wheat and still tastes great and marketable... Stop feeding into the chemicals and preservatives and fast short cuts like corn starch to thicken. Food is preventative medicine and chefs are the new doctors ... Bone broths Minimal processed first pressed oils with low heat or cold pressed. Grass fed animals and low consumption milk products grass fed and grass finished ... Start a course to correct the anglo patriarchy construct that France created and reimagine cooking so we don't end up in a doctors waiting room. Killing us softly!!!!

I’m a 30 year veggie/vegan Nd I’ve never been deficient in anything. Also we’re not designed to eat meat. Our stomach acid isn’t strong enough. I think white meat is ok but defo not red.

I can't wait this rough time with covid to pass so my son will be physically on campus... these classes online are sometimes frustrated especially living in an island depending on boat mail to provide the basic... many of the ingredients asked to practice are not available where we live. But I have to aplaude the teachers who doing a great work! Beautiful island won't change for anything! Exuma an island from The Bahamas well known for the swimming pigs.
