Forza horizon physics suck cornering is bs bevause the braking lines are harder to use it's almost easier to always use downshifting to turn corners which is not how i race i am a hard straight line braker for control powers always there but forza ur almost made to cut corners and u can barrel thru alot of stuff that would probably kill any driver in front

A fair warning always keep in mind skill cost and how effective a move is *generally speaking cheap spells are never worth it once you manage to get the stronger versions*

Because it encourages you to think that there could be a secret anywhere and because it is a jaunty fairytale. It is the videogame equivalent of a bedtime story where the child gets to ask "What if..?" (there was a shark around this cove, you could go inside a whale, etc). The player feels looked after, yet allowed to explore and get in to a little danger. (Tooie, DK64, and Conker, by comparison, don't look after the player as much. They overwhelm the player's puzzle mind, patience, or reflexes too much). Metroid Prime, to me, may have learned from Banjo Kazooie. Metroid Prime amps up the difficulty brilliantly and not too soon. I often think many of the best games make you kind of an Alice in Wonderland, a relative innocent in a wide linear (or linear) game where all your powers aren't yet granted, and that's what Banjo Kazooie and Metroid Prime do. Even Half Life 2 does it.

I prefer the originals, of course, but the remake is just more Monkey Ball for me. It doesn’t replace the originals, but I still think it’s great. If it played exactly like the originals, I wouldn’t have bothered. It’s just different, and the longer it exists, the more we’ll develop new strats for the new engine. I’m just glad they’re on the right track with this and Rumble.

I think I would like to add, that agility is meaningful mostly only at the start of the game. Once you hit level 25/30, you should use a testament and reset your stats. From there, just put 5 more points into agility than your level (ie. if you are level 25 make agi 30 etc.) and you will be fine. You will get more than enough agility as you level from there. Vitality and whatever your baseline damage stat (strength and magic) are far, far more important at this point assuming you are playing on hard. This will allow you to do damage and take damage which is imperative for the mid-end game. The main reason why you want some agi first/early on, is because all the demons around you, are a higher level than you are AND have quite a bit more agi than you do. If you don't bump up your agi fast, you'll be starting your first turn after the enemy constantly costing you battles, missing here and there (especially against boss enemies) etc. After you have leveled a bit, you already have enough agi at that point to mostly match the enemies so it becomes a pretty bad stat to keep leveling. By the time you hit level 40-50, you will be buffing your own stats and debuffing your enemies stats. Buffs/Debuffs have a FAR greater effect on what you do along with your level in comparison to the enemies than your raw stats do (it's been tested already). At this point, even if you took off every single agi point, it won't matter much because of buffs/debuffs. It doesn't matter if you have 100 agi versus an enemy with 50 agi if you are debuffed and lost a ton of accuracy. I'm pretty sure that a lot of things in this game have massive diminishing effects (with agi having the highest as luck still gets you better items, easier negotiations, better crit chance, better chain of negating/dodging ailments etc. Luck actually does a lot for you so if you feel like you aren't getting good items or that ailments hit you too often, for example, you probably just need more luck believe it or not) as some of them have been tested such as having 999 agi versus a low level monster like a slime that can still consistently hit you. In older SMTs the diminishing effect was a lot less so an agi build was pretty beneficial, now not so much so just remember to throw some on early, respec later, keep your agi a bit above your level and leave it alone from there.

I grew up with the snes and all the ones after but never play banjo kazooie.. I just started playing it recently on the Nso but I hated it cause it controlled terribly. Luckily though I restarted it on rare replay and it controls so much better with the camera being a lot better so I’m enjoying it a lot now.. although I do have to say that gruntys furnace fun is prolly one of the worst things ever put into a video game

I just got Vengeance and after watching this my brain feels broken and I'm not all that excited to play it. Seems pretty impossible. With a gigantic learning curve, that I'm not sure I want to devote the time to to be honest. Kind of wish I hadn't bought it now. I mean, dark souls is hard, but you don't have to learn vocabulary words to play it. I appreciate the video though.

I started playing this game for the first time back in ~ 2019 somewhere because I bought the Rare Replay collection. Mostly for Bad Fur Day and Goldeneye, but Goldeneye wasn’t in the collection like I had assumed at that time. And I heard a lot about Banjo-Kazooie around the internet and how everyone said it was up there in their favorite’s amongst the giants like SM64 and OoT. So I gave it a shot. Funny story, I started playing it and absolutely loved it. From start to where I left off. One day I was booting the game up and I got distracted by something or someone on the File Select menu. And I was just fumbling around with the controller and what not. Looked up and while I was fumbling the controller I seen that my saved data was deleted. And I was sitting in shock for a few moments about it. I think I had about 20 or so hours into the game (I like to explore every nook and cranny of a game that lets me), gone in an instant. I put the game down for a while up until a few days ago, going back into it. And man… I never grew up with this game. I had Bad Fur Day, SM64, Majoras Mask, and a Nascar game for the 64. I never had played Banjo in its prime. But I can definitely say that without a doubt this game is one of my favorites, without that nostalgia connected to it. It’s just a fantastic and charming game start to finish. I have been playing recently and I am currently now on the Mansion. Almost done with the game, just about where I was when I accidentally deleted my progress. Im excited to play Banjo Tooie after this. And yes, I have heard all the criticism about Tooie, but I’m still going to go into it with an open mind. I love Banjo Kazooie, and a more open-format Banjo game doesn’t sound bad at all. In fact I think that might fit the style of Banjo well. I suppose we will see.
