Sir, I have resigned from my company and am serving notice period. When I asked for weekly off from the manager, he told me to send him a mail. I sent him a mail to get an offer, but still he does not reply to the mail.

My current organization is having 90 days of notice period . In the offer letter they have mentioned about buy out option but in that they have also mentioned that If the exigencies of work so require, the company may not relieve you earlier than the expiry of the entire period of notice. It shall, however, be open to the company to accept your resignation with effect from any date earlier than the one offered by you in your resignation letter. The company shall at all times retain the right to exercise waiver of notice period. The Company in such situation may choose to pay salary till the last working day of the employee. I have a better offer in hand even I have requested my current company to match the new offer but they are not ready for anything. I have few pending annual leaves also but they are not ready to adjust those dates. Even they are not hiring someone who will be replacing me. I have shared few profiles who are perfect fit for the role but my manager is saying he is not satisfied with these profile. Now what should I do ?

I hope this helps whoever reads it. I followed this for 30 days. My goal was to change my self image and it worked. This is what I did. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. I hope this helps at least two people. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. Thank you for reading.

Kind of clause kept ke ap abscond ho gaye ya kuch kam adhura 6od ke gaye to company full & final settlement tab hi release karegi jab manager keh dega ke sab pura kam kar dia hai. Kind of NOC...In companies when there r multiple departments so one has to take noc of all departments so that nothing is left out. I hope it is clear now. Sir if I have zoom subscription or even 45min free then how Graphy is benificial. Giving comission and hassle of arranging curriculum. I feel just having Zoom or MS Teams is sufficient and in any case I have to put facebook insta ads to get more students. Please guide me.

1. Zoom integrated 2. Sessons u can keep for hours & hours for webinars 3. Up to 500 students can join at a time 4. Few concurrent sessons also possible at the same time 5. If your work is getting done in 45 min & whatever plan u have, it is fine but when more capacity u want like above u can think. 6. Integrated Zoom is 1 feature 7. There are r so many other features - Recorded course selling - e books selling / digital products - live classes - membership selling - graphy gives URL but if u wish to keep ur brand's url u can integrate ur URL - go for mobile app by some extra one time 25 dollar around amount - Secure plarform, ppl cant download videos - payment gateway razorpay & graphy's own gateway integrated. I got graphy's approval so fast. So approval issues also sorted out. They charge 10% commission per sell. Gst,payment gateway charges extra.. E.g. I m not able to finish my webinar in 45 min so for me it is gd feature. Today I hv kept 3 hrs session. So depending on ur need you can think of. Can i file a case against them? Organization has to pay till the last day employee has worked after firing..now the boss is trying to take perosonal revenge on by refusing to give my salary..one of the employee quit without even serving notice but they still got paid

Yes definitely you can send notice to them first & then go ahead for it if they don't ready to pay you. You have to go to your local labour court and share the matter there. JFYI - labour court's lawyers are appointed by govt and you don't need to pay them for fighting your case. JFYI The battle will go long by going through labour court.JFYI 5-10-15-20 or more years. You never know when the decision will come. When you go to labour court for filing your case or even discussing your case, bring all the evidences you have related to your employment, salary and non payment of salary related if any conversation in any form available with you... So it's not that much easy - as u ll hv to take out time for hearing and all and also the expenses for such travelling and some new jobs leaves etc all management to be done...Two things u can think of...1. Meet some pvt advocate who handles such situation. Send employer first notice through it for demanding salary dues.. 2. Go to Labour court take their views and help.

I hope your qn is "if an employee....." so if you meant that, yes, whenever an employee gives resignation, the notice period starts immediately. In one of my Live Stream, I guess I have shared it in detail but sharing here too for a quick understanding. Manager / HR can delay it for 7-15 days to confirm so for those delays the notice period must not be extended for those days as you have officially informed about your relieving by notice period. So ideally they should work quickly to update you and do the next process so their own work don't suffer due to such delays.

@@swarnapalanisamy5112 nope it’s all bullshit. One of my friendly ex managers was kind enough to help smooth out the process a bit in the end. In the end they relented. Got my FnF and PF. Everything went smoothly.

A detailed ans required but trying. If you don't get from this, u can send me email at [email protected] and discuss. Ans for 1 & 2=> The date you resigned, the notice period starts. E.g. - X resigns, and his manager Y is on leave for 15 days then & there is no other person to approve then unnecessarily it will delay the notice period. - X resigns and his manager is not approving his resignation for 7 days in further planning and deciding on you then again here 7 days will be unnecessarily gone. - If from acceptance it is considered then manager or hr will sometimes go on delaying it and whenever they find it OK, they will approve and then Notice period will start. So these examples are sufficient that logically too it must not start from acceptance however there is some scope to extend it on employer's requirement but not with logic with acceptance. 3. I couldn't get your this qn but thinking you meant that - whatever date is mentioned in acceptance, will it be notice period end date? If this is the question then yes mostly that should be your last working date mentioned in acceptance however if there is employment term flexibility required by employer or employees then both of them can seat together and mutually work out to decide the final date. Crux: Ideally one should refer offer or appointment letter and read those terms specifically before resignation. Also employers sometimes may ask for staying few days more to complete the pending work. Being a professional gesture & keeping a good relationship, one should try to do it but negotiate properly and that should be genuine situation. I hope things are clear now. @Sopan Kharche no it's not compulsory, but good practice should be to keep it in resignation acceptance email. In some companies there are HRMS system so all these things are through system by click only. So manual email is not required at that time. Neither for resignation nor for acceptance. One of best way is to start it in background - once morning and once evening or at least once a day while doing something you passion about or e.g. You do painting or IT stuffs on PC or preparing some online or offline course material so just keep this on in background with keeping sound which you can listen to simultaneously and keep your work on...Only 1 or 2 times a day will work.
