In 1956, The Strangest Secret was spoken word record by Earl Nightingale, which sold over a million copies and received the first Gold Record for the spoken word. It helped in the fields of business motivation & self motivation with life changing results. It was later adapted into print and video forms.
Earl Nightingale read Napoleon Hill’s book - Think and Grow Rich and was inspired by the words "we become what we think about". It was 1950.
He bought an insurance agency around that time. Agency's sales staff were attending his weekly motivational speeches. It was 1956 when he recorded a motivational speech to be played while he was on vacation. Nightingale's employees spread speech recordings. The speech was so helpful and created positive changes so demand increased so much. So Nightingale and his friend Lloyd Conant formed the Nightingale-Conant Corporation to handle the sales.
If you take up this challenge for 30 days and listen this for next 30 days - once in morning and once in the evening, you will definitely get positive changes in you and you will not be as like you were before.

One of best way is to start it in background - once morning and once evening or at least once a day while doing something you passion about or e.g. You do painting or IT stuffs on PC or preparing some online or offline course material so just keep this on in background with keeping sound which you can listen to simultaneously and keep your work on...Only 1 or 2 times a day will work. This is so absurd if you look at it from a statistical perspective. If one claim 5% reach the "dream" and 95% doesn't, statistically that means there isn't enough room for those 95% to reach "the dream". I am not even saying those numbers are wrong or correct, I am just saying the core of the argument is invalid. The only way to have more sucessful people overall is to adopt a game theory aproach, understand how the collective behavior affects overall well-being and adapt culture to gradually and collectivelly adopt patterns of behavior that lead to a more successful society. Easier said than done, of course, but honestly, there is no way around it.

That gives you an even bigger reason to make something out of your life. You will inspire millions of people who are also on their last 20 plus years and show them that they are capable of achieving everything they desire and aspire to achieve regardless of age. Time is chasing you and eventually it will eat you.. but you can definitely do 1000x more than what you think you can in the time span that you have. You have to just use the 20+ years left as ammunition and inspiration to go 10x harder after what you want. @ebony music has given well good inputs here. However one can do wonders even with 20+ months or even lesser than that. 20+ years are more to explore and doing great. One should utilize his/her every moment in fruitful way definitely by keeping work life balance too. There is one film "Anand". It's in Hindi Language but one must watch it. Crux - hero of the film has only 3-6 months left in life but he enjoys every bit in happiness and joyful manner.
