Our Irish government have miserably failed both it's own people, and the geniune asylum seekers who are seeking work and to contribute to the Irish society. Meanwhile, we have huge influxes of undocumented single males arriving, putting more and more strain on the dire state of Ireland's property and financial resources. A major source of frustration for Irish people is that these newly arrived migrants are getting prioritized for housing, while record numbers of Irish people are becoming homeless due to extortionate rents and a chronic shortage of housing. Those migrants who come here to work or genuinely seek asylum are welcome, however there is growing concern among the Irish regarding the thousands of undocumented single male migrants who are arriving here via the border without identification, passports etc. The vast majority of these new arrivals are males. Some common questions being raised by Irish people are as follows: If they were genuinely fleeing from war, would they all be leaving their families behind? How do we know their background? This is all entirely our governments fault. They are not fit for purpose.
