Did you cut the strings off at the end? What do you do after the glue dries?

Hello, after the glue dies you need to cut them off close to the knots. The glue will hold them tied. :)

In your string is too thick the petals are bigger. You can try without one petal :)

I always use longs strings to avoid running ou of them. I used around 80cm but i think 60 is more then enough. It was a long time ago so im not sure exactly.

Hello Keira, it might be due to string you are using. Im using 8 stranded embroidery floss in all my videos. Or maybe your knots are too tight. Its hard to say without seeing your work. Hope i helped :)

The bracelet looks pretty but your tutorial is almost useless. Why did you choose the same colors of string as your background? At times they almost disappeared into the background, too bad. You should be filming on a solid contrasting color so every move is viewable, that would be so helpful. Hopefully you have changed over the past two years. This is meant to be constructive criticism from someone who has designed websites. 😼

Nick Ayala, do you understand all of the types of knots when friendship bracelets making? because if not, it will turn out badly. look up a video on the four types of knots when making bracelets. there should be a forward, backward, forward backward, and a backward forward.

I used 3 embroidery threads and 60 cm of thread was enough to make 11cm of bracelet. I would recommend around 90 cm for a 16 cm bracelet

I have the same questions as someone else: What kind of string are you using (it looks like the same kind of string you use for friendship bracelets) and how long should the strings be? I don’t want to not have enough length to finish, but I also don’t want to waste a lot of string by making it too long. Any help from anyone on here would be appreciated! I’m a newbie to this. 🙂

I think using half your wingspan should be good. My friend used her wingspan and it was too much. Sorry it’s a really late reply.
